Copy CRM's main features and design.

Hi there! We are using one CRM for real estate teams. CRM is great but we pay too much money for using it. We would like to copy main features of this CRM and use it for our own needs. - Main features that we need are: 1) Import/Export leads to csv. 2) Auto import leads to CRM from forwarded emails with meta data 3) Have 8 categories for leads and ability to change categories for leads 4) Have a list of all leads as a list view with columns like (category, date of registration, last contact, last note, assigned agent, tags, source, etc) we need an ability to filter by this columns and sort by them 5) It should be a profile of lead where it should be all contact info and notes, and ability to change names, emails, phones, etc 6) We should be able to add notes to the lead and see these notes in the profile later on 7) We should be able to have up to 100 users-agents in the CRM 8) We should be able to have 100,000 leads in the database and still have an ability to use filter and sort fast enough. 9) We should be able to transfer leads between agents. 10) Admin of the CRM should see all leads 11) Agents should see only their leads 12) We should be able to create agents-users and delete them and transfer leads between them 13) We need to have mobile version of the website or have one version that mobile friendly. ADD-ons 1) It would be great to have better integration with our websites so we would see what registered users were doing on the websites, what pages they were looking at, what searches they made, we have functionality on the website but we don't know how to import it on a regular basis to CRM 2) It would be great to have an integration with Twilio so we could call clients through computer. Right now we are using Mojo dialer because it is integrated with CRM. I can give you an access to the CRM so you can see it inside and we can discuss what exactly we need to copy.
