Our Basic Requirement for the Software:
We want a user friendly app that is accessible in both mobile as well as desktop. It must be multipurpose software with different level of requirements as according to the user.
For a salesman:
Keep record of his primary sales.
Keep record of his secondary sales as well as keep record of the product stock with different parties.
Keep record of the credit /debit amount with different parties.
For warehouse:
Keep record of the product stock in the warehouse.
Keep record of the product distributed to different parties and the salesman.
For Higher Level
Track all the details of the salesman real time.
GPS tracking of the location of the salesman.
Track the details about the warehouse.
These are some general ideas of what we require. We want more effort from your end so that we can build better user friendly CRM software that meets all our requirements presently as well as will be helpful in future. Please feel free to ask any questions. This is based in Kathmandu, Nepal so the software must be according to it.
