This is is a sample Real Estate web page. The project will use a frame with the following: a header, a left side table of content, a middle page which displays requested information, and a right side table of content to display banners (advertisement).
On the left side of the menu will have:

If not a registered user, allow user to register by asking the user to provide an email address, and password. Store the information in an access database. After register, display a welcome message, display the user name on the header page until log out, then send an automatic email to the user. A new table of content will be displayed on the left side. user now have full access to the site. The user may look at houses that are posted by landlord for rent, sale, or lease. Each house visited by the tenant should placed on the tenant favorites list. The next time the user login the favorite list should be available to the user. The favorite list remain for 30 days.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
