We need 3 portal template homepages to show to our client. You must create 3 different homepages to be offered, using minimum gifs and images, menu links must be text only, page shoud be "high speed" when opening on browser. Plan place for [login to view URL]! If you have allready developed pages it is ok to be offered, so? printsceen of template will be ok (could be reduced in size!). Templates deliveried will be htm and with classes. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
