Wordpress Site Changes CC - repost

We have a wordpress site that we need a pop up to appear when they come to our site announcing the different features the new site has compared to old site and we need the site to be made compatible with all browsers, and mobile version created. Besides making the site mobile, and adding a pop up with key info, we are having formatting issues in IE the Content is not wrapping correctly. Here are additional items we need fixed Image on home page replaced, and help us push to live server. We need to have this ready to go by 3pm tomorrow, May 17, 2013.
