Hi, my team is building a website on Blue Host using Wordpress for our home safe products. I would like to ask for the quote of the following job (custom plug-in) we would like you to help us with:
I want my website to allow people to create user name and password (log-in) and registered a Product Key associating with the account. When the customer log-in to his/her account, the person can open up a unique User Page with their information such as Name, E-mail Address, Phone Number and Registered Product Key. On this User Page, the user can also register and store their combination code (for their safe). When the customer set the combination code, a message will prompt to ask the customer to confirm his/her email to send a verified email with the new registered combination code. Whenever the customer want to retrieve the combination code, he/she can click the retrieve button and a similar request will pop-up and the combination will only be sent to his/her confirmed email. There is also a button for customer to request new physical key. Currently I am using woocommerce, I can create a product page for the key (Key Product) with a set price. When the customer request a new key, it is simply adding the Key Product into their Cart and let them pay for it. Lastly, I would like on the User page, customer can email our support team for their question/request. On the CMS, I would like to be able to access and manage to all of the data of the users.

I write a lot of custom wp plugins so your project is interesting. I'm not sure I *totally* understand the flow that you need; certainly the use of woocommerce may impact things a bit, as that can be a bit awkward to tie into. The rest (login, key, email confirmation, dashboard to administer things) isn't hard.
