oscommerce and send email windows question

Hello, NOTE **** I need this done within the next 3 days - please consider this when bidding. I am using [login to view URL] as my host. windows host I have instaled os commerce there. I have a store set up. I have credit merchant info going, and a test transaction set ok. I am getting an error I believe trying to send an email through php with my account. I need this error to go away when we process a transaction, and when sending an email from the hosting account: Please note that I cannot edit [login to view URL] in the root of the php folder on my host, but if you have a valid reason as to why it should be edited I can have the hosting provider to edit it for me.
