The winning bidder will be given the URL of a zip file of images. The images will be in a folder structure organised by the brand of product that they come from.
The images will be of various different sizes, all of them with a white background and no border.
Firstly the winning bidder should make a copy of the supplied folder structure and delete all images from it so that it is just folders.
The winning bidder should then perform the following processes to each of the images in Photoshop, creating a photoshop action or actions to automate the task:
1. Crop the image so that the whitespace around the product it contains is minimised. This will only be necessary with a small subset of the images.
2. Resize the canvas so that it is square, with the size of the sides equal to the length of the previously longest side.
3. Ensure the image is at 72 dpi, if it is not resize to this with the same width and height as previously.
4. Save this image in the copied folder structure in the correct folder.
5. Duplicate the image three times
6. Resize duplicate 1 to 100px x 100px
7. Export duplicate 1 as jpg quality 60 to the correct folder in the copied folder structure with the name of the original image affixed with _100
8. Resize duplicate 2 to 150px x 150px
9. Export duplicate 2 as jpg quality 60 to the correct folder in the copied folder structure with the name of the original image affixed with _150
10. Resize duplicate 3 to 300px x 300px
11. Export duplicate 3 as jpg quality 60 to the correct folder in the copied folder structure with the name of the original image affixed with _300
## Deliverables
Copied version of the supplied folder structure containing 4 images for each image supplied originally as follows:
1. Cropped and squared image, white background, 72 dpi with original filename (JPG)
2. Square, white background, 72 dpi, 100px x 100px filename ending in _100 (JPG)
3. Square, white background, 72 dpi, 150px x 150px filename ending in _150 (JPG)
4. Square, white background, 72 dpi, 300px x 300px filename ending in _300 (JPG)
The winning bidder should also provide the Photoshop actions created to perform the process.

These should be jpg images with the file extension .jpg and should work on Windows XP.
