Convert VB app to Web App

I have a Visual Studio 2005 VB application with about 30 forms that I want converted to a Web Application. Fully functional copy with sample data is available. ## Deliverables I have a working copy of the vb application and sample data in SQL Server 2005 backup files. I want the applicaiton converted to a web applicaiton so it can be run on a web browsers via LAN and internet. It should be provided in Visual Studio 2005 project as supplied. Each screen should be able to print to local printers associated with the web browser. Ideally if I modify or update the VB application code that should update the web application. That is if possible they should share the same code. I particulalry want the same functionality and do not necessarily have to have identical looking screens.? The application? a large application for a manufacturing company. It? manages their production, warehouse, despatches, accounting etc. ? They have some remote locations who currently want? access to the production and despatch features. ? There are several screens that have a header/detail/sub detail type structure. For example the despatch header holds the client, date, freight type information; the detail screen holds the stockID, quantities etc while the sub detail screen holds the serial numbers and batch numbers for each of the detail items. ? I am proposing that the remote locations open a VPN connection to head office and then access the database (sql server express 2005) using the web application. ? I have pulled the parts required for the remote locations out into a separate application. ? The project has been constructed with a data access and business layers. None the less to facilitate code sharing between the web and vb.net application it may be necessary to move some code from behind forms into modules. This is acceptable however I will need documentation of these moves. ? I have been trying to upload the working example zip file but so far have not been able to. As soon as RAC facilitate the uploading of the sample you can have a look at the project. RAC say 2-3 days for a response. In the mean time I have uploaded screen shoots of the main screens.
