WANT HIRE PART-TIME WEBMASTER FOR A LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP

Dear Freelancers, I need to hire a webmaster for the building of my new business. The webmaster must be able to do this: - use AccountLab Plus; -create very simple website based on rss feeds and adsense(like [login to view URL]) and Amazon affiliate store ( we will decide together what will be the best solution). -use cpanel and whm. I would start with a one week test, with payment through escrow. I've found company offering this kind of services for 350$ ( for the part time, 4hrs/day/5 days a week),this is my budget. For the first "week test" I would pay 100$ ( always through escrow). For any questions ,please do not hesitate to contact me.
