Update an existing or news creation of webpage

Hello: We have an existing website ([login to view URL]) and are looking for someone who can re-design and update it or recreate a new one. We need to add some info to it and to remove some info as well as add some video and photos that we already have. All Jpg and videos are provided except for landing page. Require an interactive landing page We would like to work with the person who gets this job awarded on an ongoing freelance basis when needed to update the website. We also have two more webpages lined up for building from scratch. Must be available on Skype (headphones) and phone per American east coast working hours Clear command of English needed !!!
