Slideshow creation - repost

I have a news portal and I need to add slideshow to the home page as following: 1- Can host up to 10 slides. 2- After adding a new slide, the first one will move to be second automatically and so.. That means the newest one will be the first one and the oldest one will drop after adding new one. 3- The slides can be added from admin area. 4- Admin can add image, Title, subtitle (optional) and link. 5- Admin can choose the link will open in new window or same window. 6- I need to place adsense block next to the slideshow. And another simple task I need is the portal now require the user to write his email and captcha before adding a comment and I want to disable them.
