Hello Freelancers, We are a UK based company who are in need of a property portal very simular to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The site needs to be very user friendly and have all the feature these sites include. - Ability to support 3 types of users: Students, landlords, and Letting Agencies. - Students must be able to search for properties, organise them in a short list and make short notes on each one. They must enter details of where they are looking for accommodation when they register, so that every time a new property is added in this area - they are notified. - Must allow Landlords and Letting Agencies to post properties. - Payment screen so these members can pay for their adverts. Landlords will be charged per property, and letting agencies will need to pay a subscription fee, and then £3 per property they list. - Search funtion to be able to search and list all of the properties. - Email notification to notify students when a property is listed in their area - Facebook API: When new properties are posted, they appear as links on a fanpage. In other words we are looking for mixture of the two websites mentioned. Full and detailed plans will be provided to bidders of interest. This project will be discuss at length with the lowest bidder.
