14551 PHPCollegeEx Mod and Design

The programmer that was working on this is moving and unable to complete. Therefore, some parts are done but need to be integrated with the rest of the script. The goal is to produce a site similar to [login to view URL] I need the following modifications added to phpCollegeExchange [login to view URL] 1) Forums added (partly done) 2) Professor evaluation added - based on RateMyProfessor system [login to view URL] (partly done) 3) Calendar added (mostly done) 4) [login to view URL] feed integration into the existing Textbook Section. (needs to be done) 4) News section that allows us to add/edit and has two administrative levels (super and basic) (partly done) 5) Games section like [login to view URL] (mostly done) 6) Weather needs to be added to the site. 6) Complete webdesign similar to [login to view URL] Basically, the script is partly done - you need to finish it up. Also, full security hardening needs to be done on the completed script. Project must be completed in two weeks.
