Need a Startup Partner with Web Developer Skill

As the name suggest, currently I need a person who got some experience on Website Development. Here are the technical requirements: 1) Must have a good skill of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP. If you know another programming language, that also good. 2) Excel at Website / Graphic Design. 3) Prefer to have some experience on developing website in e-commerce business, but this is not mandatory. 4) Good on teamwork. Here are some other requirements: 1) Must be living in Jakarta, Indonesia (or around that city, or willing to travel here when needed) 2) Must have a good fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa) Language, both oral and written. Non-native speaker is OK, but bear in mind that communication will be done through Bahasa Language with the team. 3) Prefer to be between 21 - 28 years old age. Please give a link to your portfolio or some websites that you've developed in your proposal. You should also know the title of this project determine how we will work together.
