Need Heavily Modified VICI Dialer

We need a heavily modified VICI dial agent panel. We first need a new graphics skin. We would prefer someone who already has a few VICI skins made and available, that way we can move quickly on this project. We prefer a sleek grey 'corporate' look to the site. Something new and modern, and with a high quality feel. We will then need new tabs added to the menu. VICIdial comes with just a Home and Script tab. We need a Setup tab, where agents can modify their user passwords and phones passwords, etc. We need a Leads Tab where the agent can see all leads that are assigned to them, as well as all leads in their campaign that are not assigned to any single user yet. We want the agent to be able to edit lead data from the lead tab as well (so they can edit leads even if they are not on call with that lead). We will need the lead data expanded also. We will have a list of a couple dozen lead variables to add so that leads have loan data (we process loans, that is what we are using the dialer for). These new lead fields need to be added the VICI home page (may need to tab the data on the home page so that data can be broken up into sections (contact data, property data, loan data, etc). The new lead fields will also have to be added to the reports pages, csv uploader, and the list download functions of the admin panel.
