Joomla template needed for a website on robots and robotics-Ignore the budget range!

I currently have a website: [login to view URL] (HTML BASED) I'm planning to launch a completely new version of the website which will be Joomla! (1.5.7) based. ONLY SERIOUS PROVIDERS WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH JOOMLA THEME DEVELOPMENT MUST BID. NO NEWBIES/TIME WASTERS PLEASE. There is NO BOUNDATION on BUDGET and there is plenty of time available to you for the Project so please IGNORE the Budget Range! The project requirements are: 1.)Forums(Fireboard) 2.)Wiki(joomlawiki/Mediawiki) 3.)Downloads section(docman) 4.)Online Shop (Virtuemart) 5.)5 module positions which can be used for placement of tabbed content. These tabs have to be shown on some specific pages only. On other pages this space should be utilized by main body, i.e, the central section like forums etc. 6.) NOTE: The theme must NOT be Flash based and no flash content should be used. 7.) The theme should not be similar to the existing site. 8.) MOST IMPORTANT: The theme has to be designed keeping in mind all the installations of the extensions ( Fireboard, Joomlawiki/Mediawiki, Docman, Virtuemart etc.) and must look good with all of the above mentioned extensions in their respective default skins. Alternatively, You can make custom graphics to be used with these extensions to match the design of your template! 9.) Please attach a screenshot(s) of your design idea in a PM WITHOUT WHICH YOUR BID WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 10.) The theme design should be XHTML valid/Tableless Search Engine Optimized 11.) At least 4 different color schemes should be incorporated within the Template. 12.) You don't have to install the complete Joomla script with all the extensions. All you have to do is just make the template and mail the files to me or install the template and all graphics for the extensions at my server whichever option makes you comfortable. 13.) You will have to submit the PSD files also. 14.) No references of your work and no hidden links please! 15.) Also design a matching logo for the website and the online shop. The name of website will be "[login to view URL] - Simply the best place online for Roboteers!" and name of shop will be "r4ashop - Largest collection of robotic equipment in India!" 16.) PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: The website is targeted to users mainly in INDIA but the SHOP is targeted for customers in Madhya Pradesh, Chhatisgarh and Uttarakhand only. For those from countries other than INDIA: Madhya Pradesh, Chhatisgarh and Uttarakhand are states/Provinces within INDIA. 17.) Size increment/decrement functionality (as in most of the Joomla templates) should also be provided. 18.) All module positions MUST be fully collapsible. 19.) Two module positions for top menu placement will be required, I will be using a similar kind of menu structure as there is in the present version of website but both left and right module positions will be required. An additional module position will be required to display another menu at top right corner similar to what is displayed in the present version of the website: [login to view URL] NOTE: Bids WITHOUT screenshot attached in a PM will NOT be accepted! You have much time for the project--I will choose the Provider only after 7 December. So, there will be enough time for you to get up with some cool ideas. There is NO BOUNDATION on BUDGET and there is plenty of time available to you before 7 December so I expect good work. Once selected you will have to complete the project in maximum of 20 days. So plenty of time available. If I like your work, you will be given some other projects also. So frequent future projects may be expected by all the bidders with good design ideas!
