Edit profile manager 4 templates

I have recently been let down for the second time by someone who reported they could do what i was looking for only to produce nothing. I have purchased Profile Manager 4 and have hosting sorted. What i need is someone who can alter the pre designed scripts in PM4 to allow my header and footer to be used and then alter the navigation buttons etc to a style of my choice. I will also need pages to be added as per my needs. The website will also need a free chatroom intergrated into it and a payment gateway, which i have sourced intergrating into it. As far as i can tell the altering of the header and footer templates is an easy job, im not sure about customising the buttons etc. I am on a limited budget and anyone who bids for this job must follow the rules below. 1. Payment will ONLY be made via Freelancers, i will not pay by transfer or paypal etc. (Been ripped off twice now) 2. Designer must visit [login to view URL] and ensure they are familiar with the project. 3 Winning bidder must be prepared to update daily on the project progress. 4. Time is short as i have been messed about for a month now and i need to get this website up and running asap. 5 payment will be in 3 stages, 10% deposit, 45% after 60% of work complete and the final 45% when the website has been fully tested .
