Customisation of 9gag similar site - repost

Hi all, Im looking for a developer who can make some changes to my site. Basically I want to add a 1. picture banner and include. (upon completion 60% of the payment will be paid as milestone) 2.a twitter chatroll for this 9gag similar site. (I have the twitter widget code for this) - (upon completion 40% of the payment will be paid as milestone) For the experienced php developer, this will only take a short while, just a few lines of code plus cutting and pasting of the twitter widget code, which i will provide.I will need to know what are the exact changes for this implementation, because the last developer did a bad job and I wasnt able to just reverse the changes, in the end I had to reset the project. Project last quote is 65 USD but I need this done over the next few days, so I am giving this project to anyone who can work on this fast. If you cannot do this , do not apply for the job. Payment upon milestone completed, no negotiation - clear cut.
