Create a simple website - can use wordpress themes

Hi, I have an existing site built on go daddy website builder, now I want a wordpress theme to be used to re-built the site which would look similar to guykawasaki.com. I will provide all the images and the content. My site would be 75% of the site I mentioned. The main requirements are the design and formatting. If you do this well, I will give you another simple site. You need to install it on my godaddy account once done. Here are details requirements 1) Home page - similar to guykawasaki.com. I will give images which should be uploaded to replace these existing images 2) On clicking of the links and images on hoe page, it should go to subpages like here...I would give the exact text names and content. 3) Flexibility for me to change the content, links and colors should be there in an easier way
