Terrorist Threat banner - Oh My

An executable, to be run in the logon script… so has to be fairly small and no splash screens. Its look would be like the “[login to view URL]? (except no “More Information?? in the lower right corner. Sorry could not blank it out.) This means there will have to be 5 different .exe’s (for all five levels, see [login to view URL] for examples of the five levels) that will display the current “Terrorist Threat?? status (see zip for copies of These labels) … for ease I will just juggle them around in my logon files. Size of banner (not full screen) but maybe 300X200. Each banner (there are five) should/will be displayed with a timeout of 15 seconds (or would you recommend an “OK?? button to acknowledge?) … Once the banner times out or is clicked … it will reduce to a small (same color as current level) “floating box?? (By floating box, it will “float on top?? of all open applications?? and as a nice piece, might disappear on mouse rollover?) that will be in the top-left corner. Size, no more then will make it annoying but not in the way of normal use of open applications. Make sense? Possible? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform WINDOWS NETWORK to 2K and NT boxes.
