I want to make a training program for a tredmill. I need a sub routine that is able to display the desired speed I wish the user to run. This will scroll as I will vary the speeds. I also want to display the actual speed of the runner. The theoretical speed will scroll from top to bottom with the left edge of the screen being 0 fps and the right edge being 100 fps. There will be a cursor that moves horizontally that will represent the actual speed of the runner. I can supply all hardware to determine the actual speed. I simply need the scrolling graphics. Also, the speed vs time "graph" will change so it needs to be able to be read in from a file. I would also like the actual speed cursor to change colors (say from yellow) to red when the runner is out of allowable limits (say 2 fps either way). any questions, email me and I will try to answer as best as possible.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
## Deadline information
this is part of a larger project that I am working on, and this sub routine has me stumped. So, as soon as possible is preferred.
