I need VB code that will allow me to send a KINIT from a VB program, to any Kerberos Realm. This is a project for a highly technical person, and requires detailed knowledge of VB and creating sockets.
I need to be able to put a clear-text username and password in, as well as the kerberos realm, and send the kerberos authentication packet. Once the packet is sent, and response is received from the kerberos server, I need to know if the username/password combo was successful.
For this right person, this may be the tip of the iceberg in programming projects. I have a number of large projects that I'm working on, and will be looking for a reliable person for some of these projects.
For information on Kerberos, please look at:

I need regular project updates, and continuing communications via some sort of IM (AIM, ICQ, MSN, etc). I already have a Kerberos Server in place that you will be able to test against.

Just for clarification, this project is merely a client to authenticate against the kerberos server. I don't need a kerberos server, I need to be able to send a packet to an existing kerberos server, authenticate against it, and tell me whether the server accepts or rejects the username/password pair.
