Connection-Tool for Modem and ISDN

Hi, I have an application that should communicate by modem, ISDN-Card and network card. What I need now are two classes fpr VB .net 2003. One class that provides the communication by modem and ISDN-card and one class that provides the communication by network. First the class should have a Form in which the analog,digital and network communication-devices of the computer are shown and could be selected for the service. E.g. if the computer has more ISDN-devices I want to select which isdn-device my application should use. For network it is ok to select the card and providing a method to assign an local IP-address with subnet-mask. For analog and digital I want a class that allows connections to any telephonenumber. The class should fire events depending on the state of the connection. The class should also be able to go into a listenmode, where it is detecting incomming telephone calls and fires an event.
