Warehouse Management
- Product
o All Information about the product, e.g. name, colour, size, model number, pictures
o Allows creation, search, edit and delete of products
- Inventory Management
o The amount/quantity of a product
o Increasing and decreasing of quantity (Automate or Manual)
The inventory count will be affected by the Order and Purchase
o Tracking of dates, time and person who initiate the change of quantity
- Warehouse
o All information of a warehouse, e.g. address, person-in-charge, contact number
o Allows creation, search, edit and delete of warehouse
- Location
o creation, search, edit and delete of the different section or shelves within a warehouse
o Information of which section or shelve a product is being place.
Order
- Sales Order
o All Information about a sales order, e.g. initiated by, date/time of initiation, the products ordered, quantity ordered
o Allows creation, search, edit and delete of sales order
o Normally, a sales order will be converted to a delivery order and 1 sales order can be multiple deliveries.
- Delivery Order
o All Information about a delivery order, e.g. initiated by, date/time of initiation, the products to deliver quantity to be delivered.
o Allows creation, search, edit and delete of delivery order
o Sometimes it also comes with a packing list for the warehouse personal to pack for the delivery.
Purchase
- Purchase Order
o All Information about a Purchase, e.g. initiated by, date/time of initiation, the products purchased, quantity purchased
o Allows creation, search, edit and delete of Purchase Order.
o Normally, a purchase order can have multiple Purchase Receipts there might be cases of partial delivery by supplier.
- Purchase Receipt
o All Information about a Purchase Receipt, e.g. initiated by, date/time of initiation, the products delivered, quantity delivered, the Purchase Order it is linked to
o Allows creation, search, edit and delete of Purchase Receipt.
o Base on the Purchase Order and Purchase Receipt, the warehouse personal will check the Products that are being delivered from the supplier. With this, the warehouse personal can then update the system on the inventory count and where the products are located.
Reports
Base on all information collected from Warehouse Management, Order and Purchase, the system is able to generate reports for the management. Examples of such reports can be “which product is best seller”, “Inventory count report” and “how much products were sold for a particular month”
