Write some Software ---small script

I need script for Autohotkey for windows. 1)If I press win key + S/s( small letter s or captial S) key it should automatically turn off the monitor (monitor should be dark/black). And also Mouse and all the keys except win +s keys should disable. suggestion: (Might be useful) use the black screensaver 2) If I press again win +S/s only it goto logon screen i.e user name and password ( screen like a screen saver). After getting logon screen you need enter passowrd for that all should work but not mouse. once logon the windows then mouse should work. In this stage even ctrl + alt + delete enable it should not goto that screen, it should goto user name and password once I press win +s. English my second language, hope you understand my info Thanks
