Web Crawler / Bot + plugin for wordpress

I am looking for someone who can create for me a web crawler/bot that will scan some web stores (e-shops) a few times a day and add the results on a database. Then I need also a plugin for wordpress that will control the crawler & display the results when a user searches for a product and sort them by price, cheapest first. We need the plugin of wp to have the ability for registered users to pay a fee in order for their site to be added to the crawler/bot list to be scanned. Also the administrators of our site should have more control of the crawler via the plugin (add urls to crawl, delete, add more crawls per day).
