Private Lending Software

I would like to have a webbased software that can track private mortgages, So it would have significant info on the property and the borrower, and the loan tracks payments, whats due, whats late, etc, Financial reports profit, loss, tax things etc, Also if i could create user accounts for people to login and view their loan information (balance, interest rate, last payment, next payment due date, amortization charts, etc) here is a desktop version of what im looking for that has a little better UI that is web based [login to view URL] -Please let me know if you have any questions -Please dont just send me that your are capable of this without providing some similar experience/examples
