Price Comparison Website

The project is to create a price comparison website for insurances. It does not include the screen scraping part - only creating a website with Ruby on Rails or Python with Django. See the attached file for the requirement. Looking for a highly skilled Ruby on Rails or Python with Django developer with lots of professional experience. You're used to developing high quality websites through agile development, TDD, great database design and use of design patterns. DRY is in your blood. You need to be able to work full time or close to full time. The project is expected to take about one month to complete. Designs will be implemented by a html/css expert but you need to know your way around javascript. Not looking for a script kid or a copy paste coder. Experienced buyer looking for a long term developer for continued projects. Will send details requirements (as stories) and specifications to interesting candidates. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
