Need Some Zen Administration Adjustments with some beginners lesson for me.

I will Greatly Appreciate if so-called "companies" not to reply to this one. I am looking for an opportunity of ONE-ON-ONE work with someone who is proficient with the administration of the ZEN CART. I started ZEN Cart myself with so called "programmer" and found that I am more productive reading the Internet resources than this very nice guy. I didn't really picked the cheapest bid, but the performance was very slow. He is really nice guy, but this is another example that nice guy is not profession. I found some features being not well-named and not well-explained. So, I need some tutoring via SKYPE. Examples of tasks. We will update layout (boxes and etc). The most complicated task here will be teaching me how to "implant" javascript into the Zen correctly. I tryed the onoine tutorials, but didn't succeed. Module instalation could be another good example. I am not sure how compliant this project with the VWORKER rules, but I am not planning any surprizes. I just paid today for the job well-done by Ukrainian coder and even issued another project because something in this work went out of boundaries of the first project. So please tell me how much will cost me for example 3 hours work and lesson assignment of this nature during this weekend?
