Need some changes to be done on a Software

Hi, We are a foster care and treatment program. We provide placements and therapeutic services for kids. We started the development of a customized program and have completed about 50%. The data and informational piece of it is mostly complete, the clinical documentation is mostly implemented but needs some adjustments and detail changes. Much of the data we need is in the system now, but the ability to pull out what we want is not currently available. We need different options to pull reports of data needed. Items we want that are not yet in place: We bill Medicaid for our mental health services and ultimately want to have this be automated through our system. Currently our billing person just pulls a report on the services that were billed then enters them all from the report into UHIN, which is Medicaids automated platform. We also bill services to DCFS and would like to have that be automated as well if possible. We also want to have the ability to track compliance items, those of the foster parents and staff and documentation for clients that is due, etc., Activity logs for our tracking service is also needed. This is a billable service that has billing codes attached to the service units and then an activity log for documentation. What is needed now are the finer details and implementation of our tracking activity log and ability to pull a report for those services monthly. Most of what we do is on a monthly basis so most of the current reports are populating monthly.
