I am looking to make a football pool for American League play Basically, I want the users on my forum to input the teams they believe will be the winners and upload their picks to my forum. We are potentially looking at maybe 200 or more people playing in this so it could become quite time consuming doing this manually. I have decided to swing by freelancer to see if there is someone here that has done something similar and what the going rates are for making something like this.
