E-commerce Shop + Programing Additional PHP Module + Design

This is a First part of a long term relationship project. We are looking for A high-skilled PHP-programmer to join our e-commerce projects. Required skills are : - Big knowledge on Magento, or Oscommerce, and other opensource solutions. - Big knowledge and experience in PHP 4/5, XHTML/CSS (W3C Standards), MYSQL, working on API's - good knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax, and more - good knowledge on SEO/SEM concepts on e-commerce - fluent English (if Fluent French = Perfect too) This is the first project proposed, it's like a test for a long term contract on at least 5 other BIG Projects. So if you feel able to do it, Bid, otherwise, don't. Please note that a lot of document are provided to simplify your job. First E-commerce Project : 1- Install Magento or Osc (preference for Magento), and set up for a online Food Delivery shop. (like Pizza Delivery system). => modify some points on the initial database to fit the product. (Activate or not, some elements of the shop, very simple) 2- Programming an Additionnal Module which is connected to the Shop database. => We provide all document and design Screens for this. This is a simple module that a Phone operator will use, to place customer orders (by phone). This is a PHP/SQL (+some AJAX) project. Different Logins, Different rights, +Cart system. Check the docs & Design. 3- Integrate our Design to this. => Design is provided soon, in PSD(photoshop) with Slices. Integrate on the Magento/Osc structure + CSS Work on all pages. 4- Install Payment Gateway , we will provide opensource scripts, you can have a look at this easily on the web : type "Magento Cybermut", or "Oscommerce CyberMut" to see some docs. Most are in french, so i can give you a French programer contact in our Team, to help translating. Paypal we be needed too. 5- SEO/SEM Working on the shop. Need a good job, please detail what you can do. ------ Must be completed in : 2009, final tests included, + design integration. priority are point 1- and 2-. Budget : If i put something like 750$ - 1500$ you will all bid near 1500$, so that's totally unfair. Since i know how It work, beeing working on PHP programin project for at least 8 Years, i know the average price of this project. To test you on your quotation ability, and your reliability, i let you quote this project without any Budget information.
