I need a simple news site for a community in China. Basically news from their home country will be posted through that site, in different categories. I need the option to comment on the news. Other than news, the site will have 5 or 6 static pages and a forum. Free forum softwares such as PHPBB or SMF can be used to integrate in the site general look. Wordpress or Joomla can be used, or another PHP+MYSQL CMS that you find suitable for this project. Also I will need a logo based on the url. We are on a limited budget, bids above USD125 will be ignored. Timeline is 15 days from the award of the project. URL is www chinetogo dot com

I can do this with Joomla or phpBB or Even custom one. However I would like to go with Joomla for more flexibility. I'll give you professional design and seo friendly code.
