Script or Wordpress template/plugin to create a resell rights website

I am looking for someone to help develop a script or a Wordpress template/plugin to do the following 1) I have a number of resell rights (web page and pdf download) that I would like my clients to be able to use If script route a) clients login to our server to setup their domains and they they input their domain name and ftp passwords and their own paypal id where they would like the payment buttons to go to b) The script copies all the files ( of the resell rights) on their ftp account in subfolders changing the paypal if on the sales pages to the one they have set. If Wordpress route a) client uploads the script/template into their website b) The client inputs their paypal address c) client chooses what resell rights they would like to set up d) the template/script installs the requested resell rights sales page onto a new page of that wordpress blog If you can give me your bid and what method you think would work better that would be great. Feel free to bid for both methods if you can program both.
