Browser toolbar in Python

Hi, I need a browser toolbar created in python. The application is already created. I need an experienced developer in Python who has experience in creating browser toolbars. I need to see your details of any such previous work done. Please note that language specifications are defined. Solution is required in Python only. There will be future work also for the right candidate on the same or other projects.
