Wordpress PLugin that sends Search Engine Keywords to server

I need a wordpress Plugin that collects the keywords that lead a visitor to the site and sends the keywords+ the domain name of the wordpress blog to a PHP on my server. The Server Side PHP shall take keyword and domain name and write them to a table in a mysql database together with the time and date of the request ## Deliverables There are already some plugins (like firestats, or [login to view URL]) that can track the keywords the site is found found for, so that should be easy. All I need on top of that is the part that the keywords have to be sent to my server and written to a database. You can create and use any example database, just make sure that the keywords, the domain and date and time are written to a table.
