Website Additions

I just took over this position and prior to me, someone bought a website for our company off ebay.? There are some things that this website needs to be competitive. 1) I need the rental tab to be replaced with MLS and this tab needs to connect to our mls with is [login to view URL] 2) After someone has been on our site and has viewed 4 different homes, I would like the website to ask for name, address, phone number and information about what they are looking for.? bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage,? how soon they are looking to buy a home. 3)? Right now the top banner says tester for sale by owner.? I will need that ? changed to our name. 4) When you view the homes that are listed with us, there is a page advance button at the top, I would like one to be on the bottom as well. 5)? I would like a page added that would give us the option to put custom articles on our website, with a tab that says blog.?
