User Posted Video Blog w/ comments, ranking, search, and google map interface

Job Description: Customize off the shelf video blog software where users can post >30ss videos (all standard formats quality similar to YouTube, [login to view URL], etc). User will then input certain specific information as to where the video was taken. Information example: City, State, Zip Code, plus 2-4 other “tags?? in order to aid in search and indexing of videos. Must have ability to have multiple back end moderators with certain permissions in order to moderate video postings. Lists such as most viewed, most commented, highest ranked etc Ability to link, share, and post videos on other sites (facebook, myspace twitter etc) which bring people to site to do the actual viewing. Use of google map to pin point the upload location of all submitted videos. Ability to sell advertising via banners, adsense etc
