TRACKING CODE ON OPT-IN PAGE(repost)

I need, for my affiliate partner, to insert a tag as the one below on my "Thanks You Page" (after opt-in confirmation). TAG: <img src="[login to view URL] <[login to view URL]>"> That is easy. Now, they need that we generate automaticatly a different number for each submission.
