Funny Photo Website

Hello!? My new site, [login to view URL], will be similar to [login to view URL] and icanhazcheesburgers.com.? Basically a cat picture website but cats with scuba gear.? Yes, it is ridiculous as it sounds!? Here are some the two main applications I am looking for: First, an application that allows users to either upload their own cat picture, or use some of the ones provided.? The user then has the option to add goggles, flippers, scuba tank, etc.? to the cat.? (A merging application).? The user can then add a caption to their picture, at this point the user can upload/save their picture to one of three categories: serious, funny, and weird.? Once the picture is uploaded to that page it will have three datpoints next to it.? First, a voting system, an overall score, and the name of the person who submit it.? The top 3-5 pictures will automatically be uploaded onto the homepage.? If you are having trouble visualizing this check out? ? <[login to view URL]>? . My feature is basically identical with the optional add on of flippers, goggles, and helmet.? Second, an application that allows users to scuba-cat themselves, upload their picture into a scuba cat face.? Similar to? <[login to view URL]>? . If coder has experience in desiging as well as coding, I would want them to do the entire thing.? If not I would like coder to work with another designer to help build scuba-cats.com.?
