Converting Excel to Software

I have a fairly detailed Excel Spreadsheet that tracks daily sales statistics for sales people then builds reports based upon those numbers that are input. It is based upon a Quarterly system and I am looking to expand it and make it more functional ... and more stable. I am looking for stability and simplicity. I created this as I learned Excel and now I want someone to update it into more of an Excel database with more fully functional charts/graphs and ratios pages ## Deliverables What Type of Error ??" Checking or debugging does your price include? I do not want an internet based system. I want an Excel or VBA or similiar based system. Ideally something that I, or if I put it on another computer, they won’t need to download additional software from somewhere else. I am looking for almost identical functionality but I want to change the functionality of the forms. I want to be able to print the forms for any time frame given, currently I can only see forms for the given quarter as a whole and I want to be able to compare this year to last year or this month to last month this quarter to last quarter(see below for examples of time frames). Description of files: weeks 1-13 are where the data gets input then everything else from there everything gets calculated based on those numbers. there is a ratio page, a reports page and then a quarter at a glance and each month of the quarter at a glance then the cumulative file is just that a synopsis of each of the quarterly files liked together to get some annual figures but more importantly the career based numbers. I have also attached a Word File that I currently use. The Word file is how I track the information on an hourly basis through the day and then enter the data in the Excel file at the end of the day. FUTURE USE: I don't have anything set up to sell online currently ... but I do wish to head in that direction. How many sales staff do you have that you would like to track? currently it is just me ... as long as I could have the system running for multiple people at their own desk without interruption between them ... it could be a stand alone system for each individual person ??" not connected to each other in any way. That would make it simpler, for sure. Once I get it working for me individually then I would think about changing it for multiple people. there has been some questions on the Word Document ... It is simply the document that I use on a hourly/daily basis to track my call volume. I have attached a completed version of it as a PDF just so you can see how I use it. I track the data on an hourly basis for my own records but I only input the data for the entire day into the spreadsheet. Inputting hourly data IS NOT REQUIRED ... that would simply be information overload. I only track the total daily numbers in the spreadsheet.
