I am in need of a web site that includes the following: 1. A page where there will be a disclaimer for the user to click yes or no to and direct them appropriately 2. Cookies to be set to where if the person did not click yes and trys to by-pass that screen they will be sent once again to that disclaimer page and then returned to the page they were trying to get in once they click YES 3. the following pages (I will supply text and some pictures to populate them with): Home, Faq, Contact, Forums (Members only), About us, Products/services (2 indivdual pages for describing the products), How To, Downloads page, members only page which displays previous transactions and current status and gives the option to change billing imformation, and most importantly an order page that will take orders via paypal, and an option to use a merchant account at a later date if needed. 4. I'd also need a couple of quality banners 5. I will need to send updates and billings to members on a regular basis so I'd also need to have access to statistical and imformational pages that are protected which keep that imformation and allow me to edit imformation and access concerning them, and would be nice to have a feature that would automatically email them prior to the expiration of their memberships with a reminder. and allow me to send emails to my existing members (where i can include news, events, promotions, ect.) all in a 'mass' Email type structure where i can email all members with a click of a button. it's also important that I have access to vital statistics such as traffic in and out (advertiser click thrus) as well as sells, and page views, all ip and cookie related imformation on the user available. A user friendly setting with a decent graphical interface/display is important as well. I'd also like a detailed faq/list of features and how to's involving the sites feature and it's operation and maintanence. As well as the ability to contact the developer with questions relating to the site. In addition to the $ I will include a link and small banner to the coder's site promoting their site/service if the site meets and exceeds my expectations (at my discretion). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Refer to above description and applicable default PSC Deliverables mentioned. ## Platform I'm open to most as long as it is secure and can be ran easily with third party hosting. ## Deadline information Developer is to keep me imformed with related imformation pertaining to the project regularly and all work must be exlusive and copy rightable (Mainly graphics). Developer agrees that graphics and code does not infringe on any existing copy rights.
