E-mail Autoresponder and Opt-In Setup

Hello, just a quick note first, this form won't let me type email addresses as examples lol you'll see what I mean below. I have a dedicated server that runs FreeBSD and I need someone to set up or code an Email autoresponder (and opted-in / opt-out) list for it. There would be 4 separate domains running 4 separate lists and I need to be able to use wildcards. for instance if my domain is (whatever dot com) and I use the email (bob AT whatever dot com) and (bill AT whatever dot com) as my emails, since the domain is the same they would both reply with the same message I inputed for that particular domain. A web interface is a definate plus so I can go in and adjust/change my messages and set up my follow-ups in the schedualer (outlined below). The initial email response/reply would essentially forward the senders email back to them instantly (as a receipt), with my message at the top. I need to be able to allow people to opt-out of whatever list they're on, and this can be done by each list/domain having a separate (total 4) webpage form where they can type their name for removal, they input their email address, click a button and it removes them from future mailings. The last part needed is a schedualer for follow-ups. After the initial forward-back/response/reply (as outlined above) I'd be able to set up the domain/s to email all the people in the opt-in list a NEW message I'd set up to be emailed at X date and time. If you've worked with opt-ins you should know what I mean here by followups. I'd also like the option to NOT schedual followups automatically but manually. So for domain1 say its been a week and I want to just email the people in the opt-in list on that domain I could write a message and send the mails off. That just about covers it.. :o) Thank's, Danielle One final note.. I'd like this done as soon as possible and my choice in coder will be mostly based upon who can promise to get this done the quickest. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Dedicated Server running FreeBSD I'd prefer to have this coded in perl but I am willing to discuss alternatives. Root and full access to my server will be given to winning bidder for set-up and testing!
