Create software company website URGENT

I need someone to setup my webhosting company, since it's a VERY urgent project it has to be finished TODAY, a really good programmer can do that. I have a template from template monster which you have to edit. Use some good script from [login to view URL] or anything else, setup packages and domain registration. Almost everything should go automatically, I have WHM/Cpanel on my server. The person with most experience, best bid and most quick delivery will be selected. Remember, you have to do finish this TODAY. Payments also have to be arranged through 2checkout/moneybookers and paypal, they have to be recurring (on a monthly basis). You can do this also with some pre-made script which you can find on hotscripts or something. So what to do: - Edit the Flash/HTML template - Automate domain registration - Create packages and automate webhosting setup - Automate recurring monthly payments - Insert text into website (I will provide this)
