Financial Data Website Updates

We want to present constantly updated financial data on our web sites, but without using one of the syndication services that place ads or draw users away, and without paying fees. The attached PDF document provides very detailed explanations and graphic illustration of exactly what we want. The data that we want to present on our site is available on many web sites. We want a freelancer to write a "screen scraping" program to get it, clean and verify it, and then pass it to a "data staging page" on our web site. Then separate programs on each of our "destination" web sites will pull that data from our data staging page, format it as per our example, and present it on our web sites. Thus we can feed this data to several different “destination” web sites. Our sites use PHP, can use Java. (We are not resellers, this is only for our own use.) Please READ the attachment carefully.
