Snap / Opinion Polls Module

I need a software to be used at my website where we can host Opinion Pols / Snap polls with One Question having three possible answers Yes No Can't Say . The collected responses shall be tabulated and a graphic representation of scores shall be displayed when clicked on Results. It shall also have option of viewing previous - live or archived Polls Results. Provisions be made at admin side to mark the Poll live or archived .. it could be archived beyond a pre-mentioned date till then its status remains live or halt. the Admin should be able to manage the Opinion Polls adding modifying altering archiving halting deleting existing , new / fesh / old Opinion polls set for use at the site. At the front end the question screen should change to results screen with numberic and graphical results. Option be shown there to <Prev Next> live Opinion Pol and link to lead the person to the History page to view the previous poll results / outcomes. All payments thru escrow account - no upfront payment ; time available 6-10 days including testing and final delivery post approval (will be provided with in max 12-18 hrs).
