I own a fairly busy SMF Message Board and I need a few small jobs doing. 1. Simplify the sign up procedure. It's too messy and complicated and is probably stopping new users signing up . 2. Stop the spambots. It's getting silly now. It's nearly 1000 a day and I need to stop them. Maybe a new/different CAPTCHA will sort this? 3. Allow embedded videos to be posted. 4. What's complicated about sign up procedure? I see only the simple form, although it requires manual admin approval. Do you want to remove admin approval? Actually based on the information from this form this is not possible for admin to determine is this spam bot or real person anyway, so this seems to be useless. Captcha is really simple, I wrote scripts to bypass this kind of captcha myself and it was simple to do.
