Multiple Choice Test with Admin Area

This task involves creating a module (php, mysql) in an MVC pattern and creating DB tabs (Mysql). The test which will be presented to the user who will have a question and a possible answer to choose from between different solutions. At the end of the test, when the user has pressed "submit", they will be redirected to a page with a "prize"- a free download of personalised graphical content. On the administration side, it should be possible for us to: • Create the questions • Write the different possible answers and be able to specify the type of alternative response (textual or numerical) Example of a textual answer: Where do you prefer to make your purchases? *Online *In a shop *Over the phone Example of a numerical answer: How happy are you with smartphone? With the star ratings the user can give a score in a range from 1 to 5 or 1 to 10. • Create a test display area in the admin area (with a list of all tests with three options: test results, test modification and test cancellation) • Option for admin to publish the test results or not • With regard to the test results, the user should be able to see the results as a percentage via a progress bar; in the private area, the admin must be able to see the number of participants, the IP address with the geolocation function and time of the vote • Establish a start and end date of the publication of the test • In the event that a test were about to time out, there will be a pop-up informing you of the impending time-out • Possibility of creating various tests and scheduling publications for a later date (Test 1 from 10/01 to 20/01 - Test 2 from 21/01 to 15/02 - Test 3 from 16/02 to 28/02 – etc.) • Export data from individual tests to Excel The task consists solely in creating modules closely related to what is written, in that the assigned work must be integrated into a system that is already running. Access to the database will not be provided. The professional to whom the work is assigned will create their own space in an artificial database to manage the development of their work. At the end of the work, they will be provided with the database development framework. In order to avoid unnecessary delays, the professional will have to share the step-by-step development of their work.
