Distribution Management System application in CakePHP Urgent - repost

We need a Distribution Management System application in CakePHP. The application will contain such module- Purchasing Inventory Management Customer Orders Management Sale Management Accounts Management Sales Analysis / Forecasting Master Entry-- Company (product purchase from) Customer (product will sell to whom) Route Product with bundle or individual and size Price Tax Please think from the distributor point of view. As a distributor he/she can create new company as a master data then he/she can buy product from that company. At the time of receiving product he/she can entry all of the product into inventory. Then he/she can make customer master data, they have to make route master if they want to divide their outlet into different routes. Then only they can take orders for the products. When a product entered in the bill it should deduct from the stock. Taken order wise they have to entry the product for send the product with bill. If there is any return they have to fix the bill once and save the final copy of bill. Returned products have to add automatically to the stock. Then they have to check the collected cash as per bill. Report needed as per module in excel and pdf. Please make basic SRS and SOW and send me. I will cross check the document then only I award this project.
